One of the fastest-changing parts of the Upstate
Greer has grown enormously, and it shows in the range of properties. There are established golf-community homes with mature, formal landscapes; there are brand new subdivisions off Highway 14 where the sod went down last year; and there is the older housing stock around downtown. Those want very different things from a landscape company.
Neighborhoods and areas we cover
Across Greer and the surrounding area, including Thornblade, Riverside, Pelham, Sugar Creek, Abner Creek, Suber Mill, and along Wade Hampton Boulevard, Highway 14, Brushy Creek Road and Pelham Road.
We also cover Taylors and Greenville next door.
Golf-community standards
Properties in and around Thornblade and the other golf communities are held to a visible standard, usually an HOA one, always a neighbourhood one. That means edges that stay crisp between visits, beds that hold their line, pruning done on schedule rather than reactively, and turf that is expected to look like the course it sits beside.
That is what the 12-month program is built for: it does not stop when the growing season does, so the property does not visibly slip in February.
New builds off Highway 14
The other half of our Greer work is the opposite problem. New construction leaves compacted subsoil, minimal topsoil, and grading done for the builder’s convenience rather than for where water should go. The first two years are when that gets fixed cheaply: drainage, soil correction and proper turf establishment. Or expensively, later.
What we do in Greer
Commercial and HOA in Greer
Greer has a lot of HOA-managed neighbourhoods and a growing commercial corridor. We handle entrances, islands and common areas on a weekly schedule with one point of contact and one monthly invoice and snow plowing and parking lot salting can be added to any commercial program.
