52 weeks a year, not just the growing season
The 12-Month Complete Property Maintenance Program runs the whole year, covering lawn maintenance, leaf removal, shrubbery pruning, weed spraying in beds and more. The point of it is that the property looks the same in February as it does in June, and that nobody on your side has to think about it.
Most properties do not fail in July. They fail in the shoulder seasons, when a mow-only contract stops and the beds fill with weeds, the leaves sit, and the shrubs go a season without a cut. A year-round program exists specifically to close that gap.
What the program covers
- Weekly mowing, edging, trimming and blowing through the season.
- Shrubbery and ornamental pruning on a schedule, not just when it gets out of hand.
- Weed control in beds, so mulch stays looking like mulch.
- Seasonal leaf removal with vacuum pickup: debris leaves with the crew.
- Mulch and pine straw refreshes at the right point in the year.
- Bed edging, which is most of why a property reads as maintained from the road.
Commercial add-ons: snow plowing and parking lot salting
Snow plowing and parking lot salting can be added to any commercial program. Upstate snow is rare enough that most property managers have no plan for it and then need one at 5 a.m. Having it already written into your maintenance agreement means you are on a list rather than making calls.
Built for commercial properties and HOAs
Office parks, retail centres, HOA entrances and common areas, on a weekly schedule you can plan around. For a property manager the value is not really the mowing. It is that there is one number to call, one crew on site, one invoice a month, and no coordinating four vendors who each blame the other.
For an HOA board it is the entrance. It is the first thing every resident and every prospective buyer sees, and it is the thing that generates complaints when it slips.
How billing works
You are invoiced on the last day of every month, so it is one predictable bill rather than a charge after every visit. And on the maintenance program Greyson checks in with you personally every month to see how the property is doing and whether anything needs adjusting.
The full sequence, from first request to the first invoice, is on the home page.
What customers say
“Greyson notifies me via e-mails 1) the fees for services, 2) who will be in attendance on each visit. He even includes pictures of his crew for each visit and 3) what is to be done.”

The program pulls in most of what we do: weekly lawn care, mulch and pine straw, seasonal leaf removal and plant and landscape installation. Properties on the program also tend to add irrigation and landscape lighting over time.
