52 weeks a year, not just the growing season
The 12-Month Complete Property Maintenance Program runs the whole year, covering lawn maintenance, leaf removal, shrubbery pruning, weed spraying in beds and more. The point of it is that your yard looks the same in February as it does in June, and that you never have to think about what needs doing next.
Most yards do not fail in July. They fail in the shoulder seasons, when a mow-only service stops for the winter and the beds fill with weeds, the leaves sit, and the shrubs go a season without a cut. By spring you are paying somebody to dig out of a hole that a year-round program would not have let you fall into.
What the program covers
- Weekly mowing, edging, trimming and blowing through the season.
- Shrubbery and ornamental pruning on a schedule, not just when it gets out of hand.
- Weed control in beds, so mulch stays looking like mulch.
- Seasonal leaf removal with vacuum pickup: debris leaves with the crew.
- Mulch and pine straw refreshes at the right point in the year.
- Bed edging, which is most of why a property reads as maintained from the road.
What is included and what is quoted separately
Everything in the list above is part of the monthly program. Bigger one-off work on the same property, a patio, a drainage fix, a new lawn, is quoted on its own so you always know what the monthly figure covers.
Mulch refreshes and flower rotations are quoted per job on a residential program rather than written into the contract, because on a home they tend to be a decision you want to make each season rather than a standing order. On commercial and HOA contracts they can be built into the agreement, along with snow plowing and parking lot salting.
The same crew, the same day each week
You get the same crew on the same day, so they know the property: which beds hold water, where the dog gets out, which shrubs you asked to keep low. That is the part a rotating crew never gets right, and it is most of the difference between a yard that is mowed and a yard that is looked after.
It also means the whole outside is one arrangement rather than four. No lining up a separate mowing service, a separate mulch guy and somebody else for the leaves, then chasing all three in October.
How billing works
You are invoiced on the last day of every month, so it is one predictable bill rather than a charge after every visit. And on the maintenance program Greyson checks in with you personally every month to see how the property is doing and whether anything needs adjusting.
The full sequence, from first request to the first invoice, is on the home page.
What customers say
“Greyson notifies me via e-mails 1) the fees for services, 2) who will be in attendance on each visit. He even includes pictures of his crew for each visit and 3) what is to be done.”
