We own the vacuum truck
That is the whole difference. Plenty of companies will blow your leaves into a pile at the curb and leave. Then the pile sits there for a week or two waiting on collection, blows back across the lawn in the first wind, and you are looking at it the entire time.
We run a truck-mounted leaf vacuum, so the leaves go into the truck and off the property the same day. Nothing bagged, nothing stacked at the road, nothing to wait on.
What a cleanup covers
- Full property leaf removal: lawn, beds, fence lines and the corners leaves collect in.
- Vacuum pickup and haul-off: debris leaves with the crew.
- Beds cleared out, not just the open turf, because that is where leaves smother plants.
- Hard surfaces blown clean: drives, walks, patios and porches.
- Gutter-line and roof-valley debris where it has piled against the house, available at an additional cost.
Commercial and HOA leaf service
For commercial sites and HOA common areas the vacuum truck matters even more. Leaves piled at a curb in a retail lot or an entrance is a complaint waiting to happen, and in a parking lot it is a drainage blockage. We clear and haul in the same visit.
Common questions
What happens if I just leave the leaves?
A layer of wet leaves sitting on turf through an Upstate winter blocks light and traps moisture against the crown of the grass. What you get in spring is matted, thin, patchy turf and a fungal problem in the same spots every year, then the cost of reseeding or re-sodding an area that only needed clearing.
In beds it is the same story, with the added problem that leaves hide everything: the mulch layer, the drip line, and any bed edge you paid to have cut.
Do the leaves actually leave the property?
Yes. We run a truck-mounted vacuum, so the debris goes with the crew. Plenty of companies will blow your leaves into a pile at the curb and leave it there for a week or two waiting on collection, where it blows back across the lawn in the first wind.
Do you clear gutters too?
Gutter-line and roof-valley debris can be cleared where it has piled against the house, at an additional cost. It is not part of the base cleanup.
One cleanup or several through the season?
It depends on your tree cover. A property under heavy hardwoods usually wants two or three passes rather than one late one, because a single cleanup after everything has dropped means the turf has already spent weeks under a wet blanket.
On the 12-month program leaf season is already covered and the timing is handled for you.
