Right in the middle of our route
Mauldin sits directly between our Simpsonville office and Greenville, along the Highway 276 corridor. Practically, that means we are through Mauldin most days anyway. Scheduling here is easy and getting back out for a follow-up rarely takes a week.
Neighborhoods and areas we cover
Across Mauldin and the surrounding area, including Forrester Woods, Knollwood, Bridges Crossing, Planters Row, Ashley Oaks, and out toward Conestee, along East Butler Road, Miller Road, Bridges Road and the Highway 276 corridor.
We also cover the neighbours either side: Simpsonville, Greenville and Five Forks.
A town of two housing ages
Mauldin has a lot of homes built between the 1970s and 1990s alongside newer infill development, and the two need quite different things. The older properties tend to have mature trees and overgrown foundation plantings: shrubs that were the right size thirty years ago and are now against the windows. The newer ones have compacted builder ground and thin topsoil.
On the older houses the highest-value work is usually taking out what has outgrown its spot and replanting to scale. On the newer ones it is soil, drainage and getting turf to root.
What we do in Mauldin
Commercial along the corridor
The Highway 276 and East Butler corridors carry a lot of retail and office frontage, and that frontage is the whole first impression. Our 12-month program keeps it on a weekly schedule with one point of contact and one invoice, and for commercial sites snow plowing and parking lot salting can be added.
