Our hardscapes are built with long-term performance in mind. From proper excavation and base preparation to precise installation and finishing, we focus on the details that help prevent settling, shifting and drainage issues over time. The result is a clean, durable outdoor space designed to complement your property and stand up to years of use.
Most hardscape problems people call us about are not surface problems. A patio that has sunk in one corner, a wall that has started to lean, pavers that lift and rock underfoot. Those are almost always base problems that were locked in before the first stone was set. That is where the time goes on our jobs, and it is the part nobody sees once the work is finished.
What we install
- Paver patios: outdoor living space sized around how you actually use the yard, not a default rectangle.
- Walkways and paths: front walks, side paths and stepping-stone runs through planting beds.
- Retaining walls: for grade changes, usable flat ground, and holding a slope that is moving.
- Sitting walls: low walls that define a patio edge and add seating without furniture.

Our two-year hardscape warranty
Every hardscape install carries a two-year workmanship warranty covering retaining walls, paver installations, drainage installations and other hardscape improvements against defects caused by improper installation.
Like any workmanship warranty, it covers our work rather than the world around it. It does not cover normal wear and tear, erosion, natural disasters, vehicle damage, improper use, ground settlement caused by factors outside our installation practices, polymeric sand maintenance, or adhesive failures resulting from misuse. The full terms are set out on your quote before you approve anything, so there are no surprises later.
How a hardscape project runs
Hardscape work follows our project track: you send a request, we meet you at the property and walk it, you get a written quote, and on larger projects a deposit is collected once you approve it. Then the job goes on the schedule and the crew builds it, with a progress payment partway through on longer projects.

Hardscape and the rest of the property
A patio rarely stands on its own. Cutting into a yard changes how water moves across it, and a new hard surface usually means beds, grading or turf around it need attention too. Because we also handle drainage, plant and landscape installation, sod and landscape lighting, those pieces get planned together instead of being someone else's problem after we leave.
That is also why a lot of hardscape customers end up on the 12-month maintenance program afterwards. The same crew that built the space keeps it looking the way it did on day one.
