A system is only as good as its zones
Most irrigation complaints are not about broken heads. They are about a system that waters the whole property as though every part of it were the same: full sun turf on the same zone as a shaded bed, spray heads fighting rotors, and a controller nobody has adjusted since it was installed.
We design around what the property actually has: sun and shade, slope, soil, turf against beds. That is what decides where heads go, which heads they are, and how the zones split. Get that right and the system needs far less attention afterwards.
What we do
- New system installation: full design, trenching, heads, valves, backflow and controller.
- Repairs: broken heads and lines, valves that will not close, wiring faults, leaks.
- Tune-ups and adjustments: head alignment, spray arcs, controller scheduling by season.
- Upgrades: adding zones, replacing spray with rotors, smarter controllers.
- Drip and bed irrigation: water at the root rather than over the foliage.
Warranty
Irrigation work carries a two year workmanship warranty on new system installations, and one year on all repair work. That is our own labour standing behind itself. The full terms are set out on your quote before you approve it.
Trenching is the part that matters
We run our own trencher and skid steers, which sounds like a detail and is not. A company without them either subs the trenching out, hand-digs it, or prices the rental into your quote. Owning the machine is why an install goes in cleanly, in a day or two, and why the yard recovers quickly afterwards.
Irrigation and everything else outside
Irrigation rarely stands alone. If a lawn is struggling, the cause is often drainage rather than watering: too much water sitting, not too little arriving. New sod needs a system in place before it goes down, not after. And planting beds want different water than turf does.
Because the same company handles all of it, those decisions get made together instead of three contractors each solving their own piece.
